James K. Freeman practices primarily in the fields of personal injury, wrongful death and criminal defense litigation. A partner in the firm, he enjoys a reputation as an aggressive, results-oriented trial attorney. His work with a major insurance company prior to joining the firm has given him an understanding of the inner workings of the claims process. This knowledge has proven to be invaluable for his personal injury clients and in wrongful death cases.

Raised in Fairfax County, Mr. Freeman believes his work is about helping real people with real problems.

Having obtained a Masters of Law Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Mr. Freeman has the tools necessary to identify, plan, and implement an aggressive and intelligent strategy to successfully resolve your specific case. Mr. Freeman practices before all state and federal courts in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. When Mr. Freeman isn’t at work he likes to play basketball, softball, and football. He has coached varsity basketball at Fairfax High School, coached younger basketball leagues, and run summer camps. Mr. Freeman served four years of active duty in the United States Navy, working as an aviation electronics technician on F/A-18, F-14, and A6 aircrafts.
